CalTopo GeoJSON Fixer

CalTopo outputs GeoJSON files with 4 coordinates for point features (lat, lon, alt, time). The "time" element is nonstandard and can break GeoJSON imports in some programs (See thread). Use this tool to fix the GeoJSON files exported from CalTopo.
